STARCH REDUCE (Y-SR) is a COPOLYMER COMPOUND PRODUCT used in oxidizing /plane starch, as per our desired viscosity. It will enhance the strength properties of paper that is bursting strength, tensile Strength, CMT and RCT value. Required addition are 3% to 3.5% based on starch. It can be used in Plain Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch and Potato Starch.
Addition of 3 to 3.5% STARCH REDUCE (Y-SR) on plain starch/tapioca starch or Potato Starch at the time of coking.it will increase then tack of the starch as per requirement of desired properties.
For using in Size press and maintaining its cob, STARCH REDUCE (Y-SR) has to be used at 3-3.5 % of the quantity of starch, like 300 kg of starch is required and we take 9 kg of STARCH REDUCE (Y-SR). STARCH REDUCE
(Y-SR) results durability, surface size chemicals, starch consumption will be reduced.
It is available in 25KG or 50KG/Bag.
